Program Descriptions
Pre-school (max 6 children in each group)
TOTs 1.5 & 2yrs
45 mins (2 levels)
This class includes one parent per child participating. Classes are very structured in a way to ensure safety, we will work with stations to encourage continuous movement for the children as well as physical distancing. Parents role is very important in this program.
Kinder 3yrs Beginner Parented and Unparented
50 mins (2 levels)
This program for Kinders where parents will participate. Coaches will be less hands on coaching at this time, we will require parents to do the assisting. Classes are very structured in a way to ensure safety, we will work with stations to encourage continuous movement for the children as well as physical distancing.
Kinder 4yrs Beginner
60mins (2 levels)
This program is for children that are able to go into the gym without parent assistance. Children must be able to follow instructions and listen to the coaches. Classes are very structured in a way to ensure safety, we will work with stations to encourage continuous movement for the children as well as physical distancing.
Kinder 3 & 4yrs Intermediate (2 levels)

This is a more advanced program, children should have completed the kinder 2 program. Children must be able to follow instructions and listen to the coaches. Classes are very structured in a way to ensure safety, we will work with stations to encourage continuous movement for the children as well as physical distancing.
Junior 5 & 6yrs Beginner (2 levels) girls/ boys

Junior 5 & 6yrs Intermediate (2 levels) girls/ boys

This is a more advanced program, children must should completed both levels of the Junior program. Classes are very structured in a way to ensure safety, we will work with stations to encourage continuous movement for the children as well as physical distancing.
Girls and Boys Recreational levels (max 7 children in each group)
Recreational 7 - 9 yrs Beginner (Levels 1-3) girls/ boys

We offer both a girls program and a boys program for this level. This program is for children that are newer to gymnastics. Once a child has passed level 3 they are strongly encouraged to move to the Intermediate program. Children must be able to follow instructions and listen to the coaches. Classes are very structured in a way to ensure safety, we will work with stations to encourage continuous movement for the children as well as physical distancing.
Recreational 7 - 9yrs Intermediate (Levels 4&5) girls/ boys

This is a more advanced program, children should be entering into level 4 of our recreational program. We offer both a girls program and a boys program. Children must be able to follow instructions and listen to the coaches. Classes are very structured in a way to ensure safety, we will work with stations to encourage continuous movement for the children as well as physical distancing.
Recreational 10 - 12yrs Beginner (levels 1-4)

Trampoline Programs (max 6 children in each group)
5 &6yrs, 7&8yrs and 9yrs & up
