AGREEMENT TERM LENGTH AND TERMINATION

The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or submitting an online registration. These terms and conditions, in part or in full, may be terminated by NGC without notice at any time, and for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, will survive any termination.

In the event of a change to the terms and conditions agreement, NGC may deliver notice of these changes to you by e-mail, a general notice on the site, official social media pages.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Canada.

You use of this site is an agreement to release NGC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents of and from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of actions whatsoever, arising out of any loss, damage, or injury that may result from the violation of these terms and conditions or any activity relating to your account (including, but not limited to, negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account.

PRIVACY OF INFORMATION

NGC does not share your personal information with anyone, with the exception of their insurance providers for insurance purposes only, or with Law enforcement officials as requested by lawful procurement.

ACCEPTED CURRENCIES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payments accepted are, Visa Mastercard, e-transfer, cash and gift certificates.

THIRD PARTY LINKS

In an attempt to provide increased service to our clients, NGC may link to sites operated by third parties. Even if the third party is affiliated with NGC, NGC has no control over linked sites, which will operate under their own terms and conditions and privacy policy agreements. These sites are linked for your convenience and therefore accessing and use of these sites are at your discretion.

CLASS REGISTRATION

Participants must be the appropriate age for the classes they are registering for. Any actions taken to falsify or manipulate the registration information will result in the child’s immediate expulsion from the class and no refunds will be provided.

REFUND POLICY

Fees are non-refundable after start of Program

Cellphone and Video Policy

All Cellphone are not permitted in the viewing area or gym for the purpose of videotaping and Pictures. If you wish to take a picture oR video of your child please see the Head Coach.
