Little Stars &

Sparkling Stars

 

These programs is designed specifically for girls 4 to 10 years old.

These girls will train 2 - 6 hours per week. 

Little Stars will compete at ODP and/or OCP competitions.  Sparkling Stars will compete at Xcel competitions.

These girls will compete and challenge themselves to improve at each competition.

These programs are development programs designed to build good basics and proper techniques and form.  

 


Shinning Stars & Rising Stars

 

This program is designed for girls who are 8yrs and up.  Who are at the advanced recreational level that would like to compete and gain some experience with competitions.  

These girls train 6hrs to 2hrs a week.

This is a competitive program and the girls will compete in Xcel or OCP levels.  They will learn routines and challenge themselves to improve at each competition.

Athletes must be selected by coaches, and assessment of ability and skills is mandatory. Most often these athletes have advanced through our Advanced Girls Recreational programs or our competitive groups.  

Girls 9yrs and older competing in Level 4, will attend Qualifiers and have an opportunity to compete at Provincial Championships.

 

 

Golden Stars

 

This program is for girls 12 years and up.

Athletes are selected for this program, and must undergo assessment of their skills. Typically, these girls have moved up though a competitive program.

These athletes train for 9-16hrs per week. Rigorous conditioning is required.  Hours will depend on the level of athlete.

Our Provincial girls compete in Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Provincial Qualifiers as well as OCP Invitational Competitions.  These are Level 6 up to Level 9 Provincial athletes.

Our Xcel Gold, the highest level in the Xcel program, will compete at invitational competitions and challenge themselves to improve at each meet.
